Creamed Honey

Our Creamed Honey is smooth on the palate and has a semi firm set. This allows it to stick on your spoon and spread on your toast.
 
The structure is achieved from using seed crystals and a cool 10C  holding temperature for several weeks to allow full set. Great just off the spoon. Eat it, don't wear it.
For an added taste sensation we special blend in or infuse with other spices or flavourings, including but not limited to, cinnamon, vanilla bean, matcha, turmeric, pumpkin spice, cocoa, lemon-ginger,  thyme and rosemary. Not all flavours are kept in inventory, please check with us to see what may be available.
